The problem
There are two ways a return can go wrong. The obvious one is a data-entry error. The expensive one is the other: a correct return that leaves money on the table because nobody looked beyond the papers they were handed.
The opposite happens too, and it's worse: returns inflated with deductions that don't hold up. They look good in April and cost a lot when the letter arrives.
What changed for 2025 returns
A federal law passed in 2025 added new deductions for tax years 2025 through 2028. They reduce federal income tax only: Social Security and Medicare taxes still apply.
- Both deductions require a valid Social Security number on the return and, if you are married, a joint return.
- Qualified tips: a deduction of up to $25,000 per year. Tips must be voluntary and received in an occupation on the Treasury list of tipped occupations; mandatory service charges and automatic gratuities do not qualify.
- Qualified overtime: a deduction of up to $12,500 ($25,000 if married filing jointly). Only the premium portion counts — the "half" in time-and-a-half — not your full overtime pay. Only overtime required by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (hours over 40 in a workweek) qualifies; overtime paid only because of Nevada daily-overtime rules or a union contract does not.
- Income limits: both deductions phase out when modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) is above $150,000 ($300,000 if married filing jointly).
- No need to itemize: you can take them whether or not you itemize your deductions.
Payment apps (PayPal, Venmo and similar): they only have to send you Form 1099-K when you receive more than $20,000 and more than 200 transactions in the year. The income is still taxable even if you never receive the form.
What's included
Individuals and every type of entity
Individual returns, self-employed people, single- and multi-member LLCs, S-Corps and partnerships.
A review of what you bring
We don't just enter data: we check whether what you handed over reflects your year and whether anything that is deductible is missing.
Everything documented
Every position is backed by its support. If something can't be documented, we tell you before, not after.
E-filing and your copy
The return is filed and you keep your complete copy, with an explanation of what was done and why.
Prior years
If you have unfiled returns or returns with errors, they can be corrected.
Who it's for
- Business owners and self-employed people.
- Anyone with an LLC, S-Corp or partnership who needs the entity's return.
- People who would rather have what they're signing explained in their own language, English or Spanish.
- Anyone who has fallen years behind on filing and wants to get caught up.
- Contractors and newly opened businesses that want to start with their taxes in order from the first year.
Who it's not for
We'd rather say it before you invest your time:
- Anyone who wants their deductions inflated. We don't do it.
- Anyone who needs representation before the IRS in a case that's already open: that requires a CPA, an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.
How it works
- Free 15-minute consultation. We look at your case, which forms you need and which documents are missing.
- Document delivery. Through the secure portal. We never ask for Social Security numbers or tax documents by regular email.
- Preparation and review with you. We prepare the return and, before filing, explain what came out and why.
- Filing. It's filed electronically and you keep your copy.

How much it costs
The price depends on the real complexity of your case: how your business is set up, how many income sources you have and what shape your numbers are in. Quoting without seeing that would be making it up.
That's why the first step is a free 15-minute consultation: we review your situation and give you a fixed price based on something real. If we see we can't help you, we tell you right there.

Frequently asked questions
Do you prepare S-Corp and partnership returns?
Yes. We prepare returns for individuals and for every type of entity, including single- and multi-member LLCs, S-Corps (1120-S) and partnerships (1065).
Accountant, tax preparer or CPA: what's the difference?
Anyone with a PTIN (the number the IRS issues) can prepare returns for pay; a CPA is also licensed by the state board of accountancy. Francisco Camacho is a tax return preparer registered with the IRS, with a PTIN, and a participant in the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP). He is not a CPA, an Enrolled Agent or an attorney. When a case requires one of them, we say so openly.
Can I do everything remotely?
Yes. We serve clients in person in Las Vegas and remotely across the United States. Documents are delivered through a secure portal.
I haven't filed in years: how far back can I file?
You can prepare and file every year you have pending. Watch out for refunds: if you were due a refund for a year, the IRS only pays it if you file within 3 years of that return's due date; after that it's lost. The sooner you catch up, the less interest and penalties build up.
I'm a contractor and just opened my business. Can you help me?
Yes. We handle the tax and numbers side from the first year: how to report what you get paid, which estimated payments apply to you and how to separate your business accounts so the return comes out clean. The Contractors Board license is a separate process that we don't handle.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the type of return and how complex your case is. In the free 15-minute consultation we see what you need and quote you on that.
